PEACHSTATE INSURANCE GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULESNO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR QUOTE REQUEST DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
‍This giveaway contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Peachstate Insurance ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

‍2. ELIGIBILITY
‍The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

‍3. ENTRY PERIOD
‍The Contest begins on February 25, 2025 and will continue indefinitely, with a winner being chosen each time 250 valid submissions have been received.

‍4. HOW TO ENTER
‍To enter, participants must complete the following steps:Fill out the official submission form.Follow Peachstate Insurance on Instagram (@peachstateautoinsurance).Like Peachstate Insurance on Facebook (@peachstateinsurance).Share the official giveaway promotional post (sharing is encouraged but not required for entry).A submission is considered valid when all required steps are completed and confirmed via the CommonNinja widget tracking system.

‍5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
‍To enter without completing the above steps, participants may send an email to entry@peachstateinsurance.com with the subject line "Peachstate Giveaway Entry" and include their full name, email address, and phone number. One email submission is equivalent to one valid entry.

‍6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
‍A winner will be randomly selected each time 250 valid submissions are received.The selection will be conducted fairly through an automated or randomized drawing.Winners will be notified via direct message or email within five (5) days of selection.If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

‍7. PRIZES
‍Each winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitutions will be allowed.

‍8. ODDS OF WINNING
‍The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. A winner is selected every time 250 entries are submitted and confirmed.

‍9. GENERAL TERMS
‍By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by the Sponsor.Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impact the integrity of the promotion.Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry submissions.

‍All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill contest requirements.

‍11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
‍By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Peachstate Insurance, Facebook, Instagram, and affiliated companies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize.

‍12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
‍This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability related to the Contest.

13. FRAUD PREVENTION & DISQUALIFICATION
‍Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or attempts to exploit any loopholes in the giveaway system.Entries obtained through bots, multiple fake accounts, or other fraudulent methods will be invalid.Any attempt to manipulate the odds of winning or falsely submit entries will result in immediate disqualification.

‍14. LEGAL PROTECTIONS & INDEMNIFICATION
‍By entering, participants agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Peachstate Insurance from any and all legal claims, losses, liabilities, or damages that may arise.Sponsor reserves the right to pursue legal action against anyone attempting to defraud, exploit, or abuse the Contest.Sponsor is not liable for any errors, system malfunctions, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen issues that could impact the Contest.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules, including modifying prize structure, entry methods, or terminating the Contest altogether.
